Aromatherapy Properties: Supportive, restoring and a great nerve tonic. Cleans the atmosphere of the surroundings. Good oil for meditation. Popular oil in weightloss and detox blends, because it is diuretic and considered purifying and clearing. Folk tradition says it is great for hangover.

Suggested Use: Use a few drops in a diffuser to freshen the aroma climate of your home. Sniff directly from the bottle to curb appetite. Add 9 drops of Aromaland's Toning, Theratone, or Theraclear Blends (which contain Juniper Berry) to 1oz. of unscented body care to help with toning treatments; add to shower gel and gently brush the areas you want to firm before rinsing, or add to lotion or massage oil for a stimulating massage.
