practical?

I've had mixed reviews from clients. Some of my bustier ladies are big fans. I've had a couple of clients experience nauxia with the cushion under their chest. I'm not really sure what could be causing this.
I personally like using it on myself for the neck traction.
Honestly, using this cushion with clients is a bit awkward. I place it under the sheet to keep sanitary. To move it out from under the client, I basically need them to sit up on the table, which isn't ideal. I'll save it for the ladies who need it, but I'm not using it with every client.
