Not sure

I love everything about this table except the noise of the motors when lifting & lowering. The sturdy structure is such a blessing when doing Ashiatsu, I am SO thankful to have such a table. But the noise factor is an issue. The promo stated "whisper quiet" motor & this is not the case. I am working with Oakworks to resolve the issue, but so far have been told "that's normal"....it CAN'T be! The scissor lift model may be a better choice, those motors ARE quiet. I couldn't recommend PerformaLift to anyone until I get a satisfactory answer or repair from Oakworks. The transaction with Massage-Tools.com was excellent with great customer service & communication.

awesome table, great sturdy, height adjustable table. This table will extend my career as a LMT by being able to easily adjust the height of my table to do different modalities of work
