Needs a longer cord for one, but the biggest complaint I have is that the rheostat is quite inaccurate - I had to mark by hand with a permanent marker where the device actually turns on (more than half way between the lowest and highest setting), and the point at where the device gets too little power to operate, which is about a 1/4 way backwards from the point where it gets enough current to turn when plugged in. The base is a little large, but I doubt much can be done with that since it would likely become unstable if the arms for the wheels were much shorter.
That's about it though - otherwise, it works great for my acupuncture treatments! The cost is the best part, along with how easy it was to put together.
I will likely order another one when I upgrade my office pace with another treatment room.
