How To Cancel or Change an Order
We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from Massage Tools are the right fit for your needs and your budget. However, we recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. The first thing to do is to contact our Massage Tools Customer Service team at cs@massagetools.com or 1-866-928-9955, extension 3. Many orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. In this case your Customer Service Representative will assist you with a Return Authorization request. While we strive to maintain the easiest return policy in the industry, some items cannot be returned for very specific reasons. Please see our Returns & Cancellations Policy for more information.
When Will My Credit Card be Charged?
If you place your order with a credit card, you will only be charged for your items once a Massage Tools customer service team member has reviewed and processed your order. If you place your order with PayPal, your order will be charged at the time of purchase.
Sales And Use Tax Policy
