I have used this for a few weeks now. Its good sized with a nice long handle which helps to hold it on the back. The way it massages, with pressure going out from it as opposed to back and forth (horizontal) like the other massagers seems to work better on the muscles. The round rubber parts are a good size, not too big and not too small, smaller than a tennis ball half. If anything, this is the one thing i would change, to make these interchangeable especially with smaller heads so i can do more trigger point (i'm also physically smaller and leaner than most people, so targeting specific pieces of muscles would be helpful to me). I do like the speeds, especially the low speeds because i get itchy with massagers and the low speeds help with this. Have used it on various parts, the neck is the hardest to use it on because of the pressure it creates, but it is still manageable. I also bought a genie rub massager because it had good feedback too, and found that its was the type that goes back and forth, and i like the thumper much better. Those vibrating massagers just don't compare. Nice long cord is useful too.
